Soft Skills and personality Development sessions
A student should develop his soft skills in order to give boost to career. AGI make effort to develop the soft skills like ethical behavior, communication skills, cooperation, honesty, time management etc. For this, following endeavors are taken by APEX:
· Regular Communication classes.
· Special Language classes for student who are weak in English.
· Regular personality Development sessions by In house faculty.
· In bound and out bound soft skills training programs by external agencies .
Student Advisory Committee
A student advisor is appointed for a group of 15-20 students in each department. The students are encouraged to remain in constant touch with their advisor. The advisors in turn provides the student with suitable guidance regarding all academic as well as other affairs.
Mentoring
Each individual is different in intellectual capacity, motivation, energy, pace of learning. Apex would designate each student to an advisor, from among the faculty and academic counselors, who would provide personalized guidance to each student so as to overcome hurdles in learning and development.
Tutorial Sessions
Tutorial sessions cement learning through practice and discussions. Tutorial sessions are provided for the students so that they can learn practical aspects of subjects other than theoretical knowledge.
