Several scholarships are offered to students depending on the academic credentials and their achievements in sporting and cultural arena. The University grants full to partial waiver on tuition fees payable by such meritorious students.

Apex University has come up with a unique scheme of Apex Easy pay to give students an ease to deposit their course fee in 4 equal installments.
2. Academic / Merit Scholarship/Apex Scholars Award:
The Apex University, Jaipur offers academic / merit scholarships to students pursuing Diploma / UG / PG programs. The scholarships are based on performance in Class XII /Diploma/Graduation (or equivalent).
Scholarships for achievers with 60% and above marks in the qualifying Examination duly recognized by the Government authorized Boards/Councils/Universities are as follows:

3. Sports Scholarship Scheme /Apex Sports Scholarship
This Sports Scholarship shall be awarded to such students who have played /represented at State or National level games. And shall be Awarded scholarship only after due verification of their Sports Certificates / Testimonials by Head, Physical Education Department.
The category of sports scholarship is presented in the following table: –

The sports scholarship shall be awarded to students admitted ONLY under sports category at Diploma/ UG / PG courses / programs run by Apex University /Group Institutes of Apex until completion of their course / program.
4. Apex Shiksha Suraksha Yojana (1st time in Rajasthan 100% Secured Education)
Under this scheme, ASSY undertakes to square off the remaining tuition fee liability of the students in the unfortunate event of their earning parent’s death during the term of their education at Apex University until completion of the course /program. This scheme will help benefit in accomplishing the dream career of all such students who hail from a humble background of the society.
5. Apex Loyalty Bonus:
Apex Loyalty Bonus of 10 % on the course fee shall be paid to all such students who have completed their study/course/program at APEX and takes admission in any other course/program at Apex University/Group Institutes of Apex in continuation to their previous studies at APEX.
❖ Terms & Conditions:
• The scholarship on Early Bird Registration is applicable for the registrations made before 30th June 2021 & on the payment of 1st installment fee before 30th June 2021. No further extension & consideration in allowing the scholarship on EBR is permissible under any circumstances after the lapse of the said deadlines.
• The Academic / Merit Scholarship to eligible student is applicable ONLY on course Fee as per the above-mentioned criteria.
• All the enrolled students of Apex University will have to pay the other miscellaneous fees like Form / Application Fee, Enrollment Fee, Exam Fee, Uniform Fee etc. and there shall be no any type of scholarship/discount/rebate on these miscellaneous fees.
• The EBR or the academic/merit scholarship (whichever is applicable) shall be paid / awarded to all the eligible candidates in the even Semester subject to the deposition of the complete 1st installment fee (50 % of the prescribed 1st year fee without any late fine).
• The EBR is applicable ONLY for the first-year students.
• To avail academic / merit scholarship for the subsequent years /semesters, the eligible students will have to adhere to the following conditions;
a. 75% of academic attendance is required to be maintained in all academic sessions (Theory & Practical).
b. The students will have to pass in all the papers in first attempt in all the exams during the entire duration of the course /program and there should NOT be any Back Paper.
c. Students should not have involved in any in-disciplinary activity and have not been subjected to disciplinary action at any point of time during the entire course / program.
d. From Second Year onwards, the Academic/Merit Scholarship amount will be paid / adjusted in the 2nd installment fee in the even Semester only after the timely deposition of the prescribed annual fee & filling of the prescribed Registration Form.
e. The right to claim for scholarship will cease to exist and cannot be carried forward in case of non-compliance to the above laid pre conditions at any point of time during the entire duration of the course / program.
