PLACEMENT PREPARATION:


When we say final year, the first thing comes to our mind is Campus Placements.Preparing for placements is not a simple process but also not too much difficult task.A placement process basically consist of following steps:

1. Aptitude written/online tests.
2. Technical written/online tests.
3. Technical interview.
4. HR interview.

Aptitude test is often the first round for selections. This test consists of multiple choice questions that access you're logical reasoning, numerical ability and English knowledge.

A Technical written test is generally a multiple choice question test but the syllabus of this test is the summation of the complete syllabus studied by the student.

Technical interview involves a face to face interaction with the leading technical expertise of the hiring company. So, do not see interview as the chance; think it as an opportunity to present you to a company.

HR round is considered as most important round of any recruitment process. HR round basically consist various questions which are formed to check candidate’s personality, his communication skill and other qualities. HR round is also an informative round. So the candidate should prepare well for this round.

If you want to do well at the interview, you will need to convince the interviewer that you are technically qualified to do that job. So, before the interview, firstly you have to search the company’s profile and gather the latest information about the company by checking their website.
And the most important part of the placement preparation is to refer the previous year's papers that are easily available on the internet.
